1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Return Process

• We’ll arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.
• Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a quick resolution.
